Just needs more fitness.
Looks like he can only manage 15 mins stints at the moment.

But why has he only played so few minutes?! If he could have done another 10-15 maybe france may have kept some momentum.

To be fair, with Lisone, I also don’t see how Prior gets in.

I’d gladly let him go with using that spot for MacDonald, but then again, I’d happy for Fusitua to go (given he’s an extra 100k on the cap this year) and MacDonald come in, plus prior leave and have that OQ spot for unearthed talent at the WC.

Prior should do the honourable thing and go to York or Bradford.
Make room for Lisone and McDonald.

We are where we are with the cap and Rohan can only work with the hand he has been given. It looks as though we are being very proactive in trying to move to a squad structure that Rohan is looking for next year. Lisone makes sense as if we have size and impact up front and you have go forward its much easier to integrate you players in the backs. Look at Saints the last few years great metres from their props bench exchanges and the wingers. This allows younger players to be protected when they slot in when injuries hit. We may not have the same quality in the spine lomax/Welsby/Roby but we have enough quality in there. If we can somehow move Prior on and bring in McDonald' we suddenly have a pretty handy looking team fitnes permitting!
