We need to sort out set pieces at both ends. Maguire scoring from a set piece is a given on Sunday

Decent display from Harrison although not brilliant by any stretch of the imagination apart from one decent cross and a good finish which were excellent against a very poor Newcastle side.
Set pieces again our undoing with Alioski not defending like a good LB would do.
Happy with the overall performance but once again bizarre substitutions Hernandez aside.
Rodrigo should have pushed up front if Bamford was to come off and Raphina off for Hernandez.
But a wins a win now on to Sunday .
And I still think Harrison is an average Championship player JB
One decent game in 8 isn`t good enough.

Ha! He was really poor first half and he has been very very average of late but second half he was superb.

If that win doesn’t sum up Leeds under Bielsa i don’t know what does. Sensational. Ayling at CB is really really poor in the air though.

Bamford class. Looks every bit a premier league striker. Raphinha and Rodrigo both very good. Thought Rodrigos goal was superb as was his link up play. Hernandez 2 assists too which tells u something

It's so frustrating that we can't defend set pieces because our defending in open play isn't bad. Ayling and Cooper were good in open play and kept Wilson very quiet, but there's no excuse for losing your man in the box from a corner. We're so good on the counter, if we can get it right, we could be lethal.
I also think not enough is made of how bad we are from our own set pieces. Newcastle looked more likely to score from our set pieces than we did!

Either way, it was just good to put in a much improved performance that takes the pressure off the next game. I do fear that they could really hurt us on the counter, and they have so many quality players, but we can hurt them.

For all the stick that Harrison gets, he's leading goal assists for us. I agree though he's frustrating to watch at times

Agree with all of that Jack. Man U are perfectly set up to really hurt us but if we play like we did last night, certainly going forward, we might pinch a draw or a sneaky 3-2 win . If we can beat Burnley and West Brom we are cooking on gas and there should be a sizeable gap from bottom 3 or 4

Anything above 20 points by the New Year will be a very healthy position to be in for the rest of the year.
