I would rather we kept Luke for a year instead of Tom with Tindall stepping in after that.
Whilst it is a good thing to reward loyalty the teams performance comes first.
Tom for me is not good enough to be in a top 4 chasing team.

I personally don't mind T.Briscoe getting a 2 year deal i think that is best for the club he's still a solid winger who does well for us in yardage and adds experience to our back line. Tindall is rumoured to be going out on loan to Bradford next year anyway and that'll be better for his development than being thrown into SL week in week out and then in 2022 we should see Tindall introduced to more SL action if he keeps developing well.

Well done Tom, bit of a scapegoat on here isn't he . Could do with seeing a bit more ball but he is solid enough and works hard in defence too. Don't think Tindall is anywhere near ready yet TBH. The guy at Warrington,Matty Ashton is fast but offers little else as yet

I don't have a problem with 2 years here. As so often with signings/re-signings, unless we know at what *cost* it's difficult to have an informed view: the club has a budget to manage and as long at Tom isn't being paid over the odds, he is solid, experienced and a safe pair of hands while the next generation comes through. He needs better service sometimes, we usually give him the ball in heavy traffic and expect him to cart it through, like Hurrell.

Tindall isn't ready just yet from the evidence of last night, but has a stellar future. 2 years is probably about right for him to push Tom off that wing spot. He won't look back once he breaks into the side proper. We do need some decent cover on the wings, especially with Stephens leaving the club.

Personally I don`t see him as a scapegoat
He`s just not good enough for our aspirations.
He was average before he got his injury and is almost average now hence why imo I would have moved him out.
Each to their own though.
Saying that he might score 5 tries again Saturday.

We all seem to be seeing who is available next season especially the Aussies, me, I would look to promote one or two of the kids who played last night into the squad. It’s time to say if these kids are good enough then they are old enough. Sinfield was 16 when he got his first game, he knows more than anyone if they are good enough move them into the squad. I did not realise just how good some of these kids are, some of these kids last night are already good enough to hold their own in SL. Let’s give them a chance.

There are others coming through as well (or, were before Covid). Edgell, Little, Stewart, Delaney, Parsons, Field, plus a few more, and we’ve heard more about Edwards recently. There are a couple or three of these I expect to make the grade personally at SL, whether with us or someone else.

The Academy boys have all really stepped up in the 2 games so far and none have looked out of place in SL
Some players will break into the first team squad whilst others will benefit from going out on a season long loan like Muiz, O'Connor and Mcllelland for 2021
The future of the club is certainly in good hands

I've also liked the look of Harrison from Fev too, he's certainly a work a holic that puts himself about, so maybe he will get a chance to earn a full time contract?
His dad also took that lower league route before making the grade
Bramley to Fev to Hull and then Halifax whilst also managing to represent GB

Don't think some in here appreciate how strong TB is. Opposition players say he's a nightmare to put down. Wins us alot of penalties....
