There were some positives, Macdonald continues to prove value, same with McDonnell. I thought Johnson added off the bench. But the bottom line at the minute is we aren’t performing like a team that belongs in the playoffs often enough.
Having said all that, the ruck was atrocious tonight and despite some good skill and a tight affair, I’d hate to have tried to watch that as a neutral or someone new to the game.
Macdonald and McDonnell with their usual good game, Walters was good in the first half.
Not sure about Johnson tho, think he makes a lot of poor decisions, going on his own etc when nothings on, obvs he wants to make an impact but needs to choose bett
