St Helens fans said the same about Bentley, he didn't seem to learn in his 4 years can't see it now. Good player but discipline stopping him coming a great player.

He hasn't taken a head knock so rightly the game does not stop. Under the new rules the Bentley tackle is a straight red,he's carrying on for you where he left off for us. He can be a very good player ( although a bit limited in attack ) but also a liability. The sin binning was very very harsh.

A lot of positives for Leeds though,showed great character to be in it to the end. Going to be a tough team to beat on that first showing.

Tough to take but a lot to like about the performance. Great effort considering the injuries.
Bentley deserved his red and he will be a liability if that continues, luckily we are pretty well covered in the backrow.
Walker was really impressive considering the time he gas been out and in those weather conditions.
If Austin or Sezer are missing in the future we should start Leeming in the halves and bring in johnson to start at hooker. We look a better attacking threat with Leeming there.
The pack in general were great imo, especially considering the long minutes they played.

Warrington fan comjng in peace.

You deserved to win.
You were better in most departments.
Sezer looked great.
Dwyer was an handful.
Organized and tough up front.

12 v 13 - seemed more like we were the 12.

We had the rub of the green and were the beneficiaries of several incorrect decisions - and even then we could only just scrap home.

Ultimately it was the Bentley sending off was the difference.
It was the right call imo.

Losing Myler was a blow.

So even though you lost I think it's fair to say on the basis of today - and it is early days - you're in a good position.

For Warrington, many things to work on.

There was a lot to like about that performance bar Bentley there wasn’t a bad player

Bentley cost us that game but the knock on tries and the forward pass try really grate - it's almost impossible to overcome all that on top of being down to 12. The Dwyer one was quite marginal.

All in all very positive apart from Bentley and the result. Warrington looked quite poor.
