yep i would rather have this ready made prime defender over the prospect we were chasing from croatia and for same price.

Dan James would be a bonus but a midfielder is a must so hopefully the RDP deal or others from italy we are currently linked with materialise.

He’s got some pedigree that Llorente. Spanish international also. Hopefully he’ll settle well. He won’t want to be sat on the bench either

in time i reckon we will see Koch and Llorente, i like Cooper, he has improved loads over the last 2 years but i'm not sure he will be up to PL standard week after week. its good to have competition there though anyway and if one gets injured we are not just plugging a gap now although.Also, as i have said in another post i do also like the look off Struijk so that is 4 good options and means we don't have to shift players from other positions to cover. all in all a good signing for me.

Agree Biff. Saw some footage of Llorente and he’s very good on the ball too and good in the air. Can play midfield also. Looks very classy. Apparently West Ham wanted him

Barkley would be decent. Bielsa could unlock his natural talent! And he knows the premier league well so wouldn’t need to adapt
