Finally may I ask the reason why you always take sides against the Leeds club on almost every issue?

Right back on the second post I made on the subject, I stated that I am not saying Leeds were wrong to pull out.

The fact you see that as a criticism tells me you are relating to it, and in truth can see they have not acted professionally. If you are a club that proclaims to look after players and be loyal, which Leeds have been excellent at, then you do not make false promises, and it is that point that I have continued to make.

That is not taking sides, it's making a moral point. In the case of Clarke it had gone as far as arranging new accommodation.

I would ask the reverse question of you.

Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.

IMO that question is also the answer I'm afraid

Because he has requested to leave, he is leaving. Him and the coach do not get on.

I'd hazard a guess at why the coach doesn't get on with him

FFS grow up mate. I know in your profession false promises are a common theme, but for a club that proclaims to be loyal, it smacks in the face of that. Is that theme not something you have continually praised the club on? Bit inconsistent of you now then.

A minute ago you didn't believe Hull would allow him to leave, now you are making assumptions. The fact is both Leeds and Warrington were allowed to speak, and both made him offers, both clubs higher up the chain than Hull.

Re: Joe Westerman : Sun Oct 18, 2015 7:43 pm
I'm actually quite disappointed we haven't signed Westerman. I think he'd have flourished in our environment, or would have at least had the best opportunity to. He's obviously a talented player but also one who needs a professional environment with standards set on and off the pitch to get the best out of him. Id put Hardaker in that category too.

Having said that, I don't think it's the end of the world either.

As others have said, a decent hooker is all we need, the others can do the rest. We don't need a half back until McGuire retires as we've got Sutcliffe and then Burrow as backup.
At second row I still think we've got a couple of years use out of JJB and Stevie Ward is getting better all the time in addition to Ablett and Delaney who's contributions should never be underestimated.
So a second rower to replace JJB would be nice but not a necessity for a year or 2 in my view.

If we do sign Burgess I can't guarantee that when its announced a bit of wee wont come out.

But your whole story is critical of the club. You have just accused them again of being unprofessional. You use phrases like "pull out" "proclaims to look after players" "false promises" and "making a moral point" all of which are implied criticism and based solely on hearsay and bar talk. The moral thing for you or them to do is put up or shut up.

It would be if it were true.

But some guy posting Chinese whispers on the Internet and suddenly he thinks supporters should join in with him condemning the clubs actions which happen to be completely unfounded is ridiclous.

Basically what you're saying is everyone should believe you.....just because you say so, and we should judge the club by that say so.

You've mentioned a few times of what you've heard going on in meetings at Leeds, when you you aren't privy to them first hand. Your claim that the Leeds club accepted and owned up that they treated Hardaker incorrectly over his World Cup dismissal was nonsense too.
