Whoever it is has one hell of a job fixing up the attitude and environment within the squad before you even get near fixing up the playing side.

I called out a few months ago, that I don’t see any of the established members of the squad as worth keeping because they are so mentally fragile they will fold at the slightest difficulty.

We will not recover while ever we have even half of this squad, and there’s no easy way to offload them.

Sacking Furner, and effectively backing the players, only made this harder. It was a truly stupid decision.

I’m putting myself through the misery of watching it back to see if I can find any but I’m not sure I will.

Ava seems solid but I think that’s the smallest of crumbs I’ll find.

When a team with half of the players part time beats you there is something seriously up. It’s not really as if Bradford played outstanding they didn’t need to which is the main worry
