Hamer fee around 12 million and Phillips around 10 million now.
I have no idea why we don`t just get them and it might convince others to stay or others to join.
Currently we are showing very little ambition.

The profit and sustainability rules in the championship mean your expenditure has to be within a certain amount of your revenue. So the club are limited on what they're allowed to spend
