Reading the statement it’s nothing to do with injuries he’s just not up for it anymore.. bit embarrassing for the club imo but at least he’s been honest
Well, yeah what do you say to that. His first performances even given his context, were that of a player who was way off the pace. To me this felt written all over it from the early stages. In some ways I’m relieved as we can now have a real concerted effort to bring in a long term solution to a problem area. All the best Kyle.

Can't blame the Club for taking a punt it just hasn't worked out as we'd hoped. I do however expect even more quslity recruitment going forward though.
I guess you need options and cover in case of injury and loss of form. Eastmond has plenty of question marks over him too. Just because he's signed doesn't mean it's all over for McLelland.
McLelland - needs to get fit for a start - if he wants an inspiration in that area look no further than his DOR - whatever you say about Sinfield he was completed committed to his career.
I'm not too fussed we needed a quick fix with all the injuries we had before this season even started, he was probably best we could bring in and he didn't count on cap we must definitely be in for 6 for 2022 now. All the best too Eastmond he's done right thing if his body wasn't right and not messed club about.

Real shame as gem of a player when at Saints. Let's throw all the Eastmond money on a transfer fee for Trueman Now. Offer them Mclelland, Sutty, Lui, even Myler....! They may bite....
