Totally agree and said as much on another thread.
Yes we have some quality but not much and we are recruiting average players to replace the quality we once had.
If we manage to avoid the middle 8`s we will continue to struggle each year and end up a Huddersfield/Wakefield type of team with no disrespect to either of them, we should be aiming much higher.

Surely not.

We can't afford to shop in the bargain bin from here on, our squad is behind the top teams in quality as is and that is without losing class acts like Hall, Moon and whoever else.

Din't get me wrong Luke Briscoe is not Ideal but I would much prefer halls salary to go elsewhere in the squad, and to be fair to Briscoe he is young and has come on a great deal since he was here last.

Don't mind luke Briscoe joins as long as its only back up. Really need to replace with quality

Even at 32, Maloney would be a massive upgrade on any SL half back
