I believe that's if teams fold but I may be incorrect. Someone posted on social media.

Its very easy to finish the season off in the summer. Euros will deffo be cancelled and play 2 games a week in June July will sort it nicely. Job done. Karen Brady wanting it null and void will never happen. Theres been too many games played and theres time to finish it.

At least if they void the season then Liverpool won’t be crowned PL champions, every cloud n that.

I can't see how they can void the season there will be so many law suits. Leeds alone on the back of it would lose out on 180 million for potential promotion; likely lose Bielsa as coach and Kalvin Phillips to a premier league club and probably be starting from scratch again. Also miss out on potential major investment. That is just looking at it from our point of view there will countless other teams with similar problems up and down the leagues.

The concern has to be the FA leaving it in the hands of the football chairman.
With the exception of say the top six clubs in the Premier and EFL.
The others would presumably be happy to void this years results.
Only 14 clubs have to agree on a solution.
Best bet is to extend the season and start next season later with no replays for cup ties.
