he has had a poor season but he carried the pack last year.

Next season will be exactly like this.

Apparently getting rid of crap players puts noses out of joint. Or something. You’d think players would be happy that poop is being moved on. But apparently not, according to the smith apologists.

Come on, the last time you mustered any optimism was probably November 2015. You do seem truly lost to the club, and frankly, to the sport.

Pretty much player of the season last 3 years or so but out of form this year for sure.
He needs to get back to the drawing board for the close season and work hard.
I wouldn’t be averse to signing a real good first grade prop and let Lisone, Oledski, Holroyd, Sangare fight it out.

Getting rid of Kane & Fuzzy will be a good bit of cap space to bring in a couple of Props that i think your short on. Bentley is no good for you and Newman legs are worse than Percivals?

I keep saying it but there is a decent side in there somewhere.

My first logical tick would be to get better players, because we can all see there just isn’t the required quality in the current squad. We need a few more players who can make things happen; suddenly then we become a real handful.

I do want to see that pack being more dominant, they’ve disappointed me and I think it’s a mixture of pure physicality and aggression we lack still.

Once we have a playing squad we can see should win, there is pressure on the coaching staff more. Jury is still out on RS for me; generally I still have faith in him but he needs to show what a squad of more of his own choices can do.
