Or the club would rather wait for quality like say Martin rather than making an expensive signing for the sake of it?

NFT – 9: Akauola, Austin, Burrell (NTP - exempt), Clark, Mamo, Murdoch-Masila, Gelling, Latu, Widdop.

I’m guessing Widdop won’t be on either list as he’s British born and bred - even though he came through the Storm system, surely he shouldn’t count on any quota.

And I’m guessing Austin may have a British passport, reducing him to only NFT.

Australian born and bred, but Tongan heritage - dunno if this makes him applicable for Kolpak status, I’m guessing probably so.
