At 31 years old and 32 by next April it's going to be hard to see him shift too much weight. Whether with us or a new club I can see a move to prop as likely. Could actually do a very good job there most likely.
Anybody can lose weight, the first step is eat the right kind of food, then do the right kind of training/excersise. Not certain if ferres is a drinking man but usually when you see a relatively young man pile on weight beer is involved. If not junk food or a combination of both. Which brings me back to the rhinos conditioning team what is the input of them in this situation.
To me ferres seemed a good signing and played well until his injury. Ref his injury, perhaps I missed it somewhere but I was not aware of the nature of his injury. I read that it did not allow him to train but did not stop him from playing .
