Think the recruitment /retention has improved since Sinfield took over, theres a couple of bad decisions, but mostly the players he's brought in are going well. Think its huge for a team to make the most of its overseas / non fed players, all 7 should be first team regulars if your doing it right, Sinfields brought 5 in...Merrin, Hurrell, Ava, Lui, Martin... and theyr all proving to be important players for us...Martin and Ava look very astute signings especially.

Agreed, I also believe Sinfield wanted Martin for the start of this season but it didn't come off for whatever reason. I reckon with his goal kicking alone we would have won a few more matches.

Someone mentioned Luke Gale , please god no , we are not that desperate . Overrated and very possibly finished at the top level , no thanks .

Gale is 30 or 31 hes missed a full season ,he will be at Cas next season while hes still under contract. No one will take a chance on him till he proves his fitness

Couldn’t agree more to be honest. Sinfield has changed the way things have worked at the club and actually used the marquee spots, the transfer fees etc. This didn’t really happen before. He’s even moved a number of deadwood throughout the whole of the season.

The abuse Sinfield has taken this year has been disgraceful. It wasnt his fault he inherited a mess.

He still has a long way to go but hes starting to turn it around. The recent signings have made a good impact.

I agree he has said constantly that it would take time, I think people expected miracles
