Why didn the video ref say anything?

We are probably a man down for the game and they are only down to 12 for 10 mins

has there ever been such a god awful referee?
I don't like to have a go as I did it, in a different sport, for 20 years.
but he's full time in a professional sport and he's simply awful. every single game no matter who's playing.

He has always been poor. Can't believe he is still at SL level but shows the dearth of talent in that area. He is not the only sub standard ref in SL though to be fair.
