Sorry but what do you base that on? The fact that you've seen the CCTV of one (which admittedly looked bad). Unless you've seen footage of the other or had access to the file information (both of which I doubt) you can't be in a position to judge.

The facts of the case were established at the hearing. It's a total nonsense that either of them are facing prison, CS at a push, which incidently is all that Pryce did. It'll make a complete mockery of the justice system if either get a custodial sentance.
