If you want free parking you might be best parking at the top of Beeston Hill around the Cross Flats Park area. It’s a nice bit of exercise going back up as well !
Yeah real shame. He was knackered when he was playing unfortunately, he had early onset arthritis but they kept pumping his knee full of cortisone injections. The medical people didn’t have the info therefore the knowledge back in his day. Proper centre forward, good in the air, great striker of the ball, worked his socks off and a great team player.
