Yep, decisions will have to be made at some stage if they cannot get themselves on the field. I'm not suggesting binning him or Gannon or Simpson, but that's three players who should be in our top 25 (Simpson should be at his age if he's going to make it) who have spent long periods unavailable. Unless they are ruled out before the season starts, it has an effect on our salary cap even if they aren't on mega bucks as we can't sign anyone in the meantime, and obviously impacts our squad depth.
I really hope all three make it. Nothing better than homegrown players starring for the club. Holroyd has the perfect build for a prop and Gannon looked a star in the making. It would be terrible if injuries meant they never reached their potential.
