Newman looking rusty tonight, its going to take him a few games to get back up to speed.

Think the goal line defensive effort will tell on us in this second half, but with the amount of possession hull have had to be only 2 points behind is a positive

Poor six agains for their try but a poor off the ball tackle from Prior. The game is quite a poor one but not as poor as hearing Jon Wells

Goal line defence has been excellent but some uncharacteristic soft efforts in the middle from usual good defenders. Concerned that oledski hasn't returned as yet.
Still not out of it if we can get some field position

Effort has been hit and miss when you look at the 13 missed tackles. Desperation yes but effort and concentration in some key areas letting them down badly.

Bad start killed us for 20 minutes, too much defending to do.
No idea what Leeming is doing kicking it on 3rd tackle against a huge team who complete high.

Need some field position but some look knackered. Think prior has hit the wall tonight.

We do too much dumb stuff.

I’m loving this.

So… Newman has been great aside from that last error. Hope he has some gas left for second half.

T Briscoe is better than most on here seem to think. I think he’s in decent form this year.

Hate to say it but I do think Hurrell is done, and I love the bloke. Such a shame but his errors in handling and position put the side under pressure consistently.

I was just thinking Mellor is looking really good this year when he did his knee.

Tet doesn’t half hit well.

Leeming is in form but needs to be tighter.

Can Rhyse Martin please have one game where he is more than 7/10? Consistently good but needs to get in the game more.

Mik is brilliant. We need to make him a Rhino for life.

Agar needs to do something over half time. We have to find a way to wrestle a fair share of possession and territory back.
