I’d just like to congratulate GH and the Leeds ground staff for what they are doing for our local club. Without going into too much detail, as they have asked to keep it low key, our club was ruined by vandals a couple of weeks ago. With the current situation, and obvious lack of funds to repair the damage, Leeds got in touch, and GH has offered to put the damage right for us.

I know the amount of hammer he gets from fans throughout RL, but what he and the community team are doing for us is unbelievably generous.

Leeds really are one of the world’s best. Sheer class.

Great story.the club (GH) often gets stick from fans but they do a lot of good also.

We had a lot of devastated kids mate, but what they are doing for us just shows the quality of the man and club.

We struck gold the day GH walked through the gates 20 odd years ago. Hes been a magnificent custodian of RL in Leeds since that day. He is the very best.

Couldn’t agree more Marty. Even if people don’t agree with every decision he makes, I would never say a bad word about GH. What he and Paul Caddick have done for this club is nothing short of unbelievable.

What makes this even more special, is that they don’t want it public. Maybe I shouldn’t have posted, but they deserve a huge amount of credit for helping us in our hour of need.

This has been going on for years the community links etc has been outstanding since GH & Caddick took over they always go above & beyond.

Yes mate, I’m aware of the excellent work Sam and the lads do in the community, and it’s great. I didn’t think we’d get the response we have that’s all.

Another great story. Yes GH take stick from those who think they know best. But at the end of the day they don’t always see what’s done behind the scenes. Well done!!
