What we do have (along with other strugglers like Salford, Widnes and London) is 2 years to get our act together. Now is the time to get behind the club - draw a line on what has happened in the past. A reduction to 12 (if it happens) will be the big hurdle for us but with a clear way back in (P & R) there is light at the end of the tunnel for those who loose out. Reducing to 12 in SL is bad news for clubs currently out of the top flight IMO.

How will promotion and relegation work, are ALL clubs in the same boat or will there be the same old exempt teams, and the only teams at risk will be the same teams who are not so fashionable, such as us

if its changed back to promotion and relegation then i believe that the quality will improve thus leaving the number of teams at 14,i think next season will be a much better season with a much improved performance on the field and then we will build on that the following season with the membership scheme growing and growing providing funds for more squad depth and added quality

It'd be better keeping 14 teams and doing 2 up 2 down instead of going back to 12, which isn't enough teams for a "premier" competition.

If we stay at 14 I think we have a real chance of turning the club around over the next couple of seasons. One-up and one-down (P & R) will suit us just fine.
