With the exception of "we would like nothing more than to put a world class team in black and amber" I think it is a somber and balanced piece regarding the financial challenges with running a modestly sized club in this market.
I also commend Richard for not gloating a little and pointing out the RFL bailout of the Bulls with their ground, and London etc.... I would have been less gracious and said "I hope if we struggle to get financial security on our ground, the RFL will purchase that for us" but PR is not my strong point - principles are.
I think the world class quote is a bit of an own goal, but the bit about off contract players is a master stroke - basically says - if you are off contract, you are being looked at very closely - good call.
