No warning letter but McGoldrick deserves the numpty of the week award for that pass to Westerman. When Rangi got marked out of the game in the 2nd half he should have been the one stepping up and attacking the line. He might as well have been a no show on Sunday!

Either Mcgoldrick has been told to calm down his play or he has lost interest not sure which, but to be honest if he has been asked to play safer, and he is still throwing out idiotic passes, i used to let it go because he tended to make up for it with good attacking play, but now he appears to have lost this.
I think he only has one way to play, and he is being prevented from doing this, and his idiotic passes are out of sheer frustation.

Still believe if he hadnt made that pass we had a chance of winning the game, 1st tackle attack only 6 points behind at that stage.

We wouldnt have one no matter what, i dont think goldie looked well and after hearing his interview after the wake game, he sounded dreadfull,

A few months back I was a huge admirer of Goldy.

However, over the last 6-8 matches I'd have to agree with the common consensus of this thread : he is playing dreadful and looks totally disinterested a shadow of his usual-self (be that the crazy but good or crazy but bad).

I keep hoping it's just a prolonged lack of confidence and form.

If he doesn't improve before Shifty's eventual return then it would have to be him out of the 17 for me.

couldnt agree more with that mate and he even appeared to be giving joe a bollocking for not taking the pass, i think he could do with a spell on the sideline just to show him he isnt gaurenteed his place every week.
