As far as I'm aware it's a long running dispute with previous kit supplier Macron and is fall out from the last regime - there are bound to be unresolved issues as I'm sure Cas will find when they eventually go pop. It's a non story as ever.

Why is it a non-story Vasty ? You've had 3 CCJ's in the last 6 months. If it was Cas Tigers related it would be plastered all over this board and the Wakey board as well.

Nothing wrong a CCj as long as we pay it.
If we are in dispute of a payment it has to go that way to be resolved.
