Two, apparently, vs half a dozen home fans (according to another thread). As for the bottle, I understand it was one bottle. When I passed my maths, one was not the same as 'more than one'*.
Still, we're scum us.
*(except for extremely large values of 1)
No one even suggested you were "scum" as you put it. All clubs have their numpties, us included. I have only met Cas fans of the fabulous fans variety and was shocked to hear of the minor trouble from a very small minority of your fans.
What does shock me more is the slightly defensive nature of the post about the bottle. The issue is not weather it was one bottle or 10, it is the fact any where thrown at all, could have really hurt someone.
I don't want to end on a negative as I like Cas and their fans, you brought great support and it was a great display of defence by two up and coming teams.

If my post was defensive it was because I considered the previous post to be offensive. The inference was quite clear as far as I'm concerned and I responded to it, so I'm not going to rise to your thinly veiled dig that I somehow endorse hooliganism.
Given that you've told me what shocks you, perhaps you'll allow me to do the same? What shocks me is the fact that, despite winning the game the gut instinct of Robins fans is not to go to their own messageboard to chat among themselves about their victory. No, it's to come on here and post condescending posts about how so and so was high tackled or how the ref let Cas off with everything or how our fans did this and said that (etc, etc, yawn).
Like I said after the game, you won for f*ck's sake. If Cas fans choose to pick through the bones of a defeat on their own board then there's nothing wrong with that, but if the victors don't agree with what we're saying the decent thing to do would be to ignore it, leave us to it and go back to your own board for a bit of back-slapping. Wouldn't it?
You know what Disco I almost completely agree with you.
Everyone and I mean everyone see's a game differently, the part of the East stand where I am has given a player MOTM (among friends) yet the papers have said that he's had a nightmare of a game and needs to improve!!
Likewise I thought the ref allowed the game to flow but then Cas fans wanted the smaller things punnished and who wouldn't when your in an arm wrestle.
However nothing that is put on these boards changes anything that has already happened it is a mere opinion if you agree great if you dont well constructively discuss why you dont its what these boards are about. It shouldnt matter who you support this is an open board for all to chat, moan and bicker!!

I noticed you conveniently missed off the bottom of my post when quoting me. I personally didn't come on here, like some, for a reaction or to troll the life out of your board, I personally have a lot of good feelings for Cas and their supporters.
These boards are here for discussion if you don't like that maybe you shouldn't read them. All fans are entitled to their opinions. You were discussing the nature of the defeat, do we not have a right to discuss it amongst you like adults? It seems not! I bet you wouldn't have had a go about us or any one else coming on here to congratulate you if you had won? No I didn't think so, you have to take the rough with the smooth.
It certainly looks like we will have to agree to disagree on this one. No hard feelings.

Good for you! I've got nothing against the vast majority of Robins either.

Indeed, these boards are a place for public discussion. From such discussion I have concluded that the view of quite a number of Robins fans was that despite the fact that they won Cas nevertheless tackled high, were gifted things by the ref, have fans who throw bottles and cause trouble, etc, etc.
People are, as you say, perfectly entitled to air those views wherever they wish. But if they set out to antagonise by going to the beaten side's messageboard moments after they've won and airing them there, they can hardly complain when someone else airs the view that they ought to stop being condescending tw*ts and learn what the phrase "magnanimous in victory" means. Can they?

Indeed it does.
Can we take it that, that is a climb down and is the nearest thing to an apology he can expect?
