| Going to post this here because I am trying hard to keep away from the mud-slinging and these are genuine questions.
I know some of your posters will know the answers to these questions.
Are you submitting a reserved matters application for GH or is it going to be a full planning application because the original permission lacked sufficent detail at outline and/or stadium designs have sufficiently changed to require a full application?
Either way, getting planning permission is a formality, but obviously if it can be dealt with under delegated powers under a reserved matters application it will be much quicker!
So, if a reserved matters application then you are looking at end of Feb for planning and if full, and therefore it goes before the committee, end of March/April would be more likely would you think?
So earliest start on site would be March/April and maybe June/July, so is the best possible plan to get the contracts signed before your SL application goes in? What is the club line on start and completion... or are they keeping it quiet?
Actually, better questions, what is the projected build programme from start to occupation?

| Good God, this is Cas Tigers you are talking about.
We are all kept in the dark and out of the loop by the powers that be as much as possible.
To answer all you questions : Your guess is as good as ours.

If we listen to Richard Wright, we'll be playing in it sometime around 2008.
Best bet is to wait and see. FPP is meant to be a formality, I guess it'll happen if it happens.

| I understand it to be a reserved matters application.
Start date is April with build time 40 odd weeks.

| Quote Inflatable_Armadillo="Inflatable_Armadillo"Just be careful commenting on a process if you don't fully understand it! I am not having a go but you clearly don't understand the planning process as the 22nd and then the following 28 days is most certainly the answer! Any reserved matters application following a positive outline decision is a formality.'"
It appears I understood it more than than you thought. That said the delays are nothing to celebrate about, I will only be happy sat in the GH Stadium.

| Reading his posts, mainly on the Wakey forum, he is obviously a Whino fan involved in the construction industry. He may be hoping for a few nice contracts to bid for if GH and more importantly NM go ahead.

Thanks fully, if all goes to plan that means contracts could be signed prior to the application being submitted to the RFL and certainly before the July announcements.
That would put you in and playing in the new ground mid 2012 season, which sounds a good shout.

I was totally right though and it was most certainly the answer... it was not the answer Wakefield or I hoped for but as I eluded to, the 22nd and the 28 days (although I know they requested and extension beyond that) was important!

Just interested to know what the details and current proposed time frames were as, given I am in the construction industry, it is useful to know this sort of information for my network, but as I work in a smaller more niche market sector (but growing!) within the industry, it is just for givers gain reasons really!
