They've already said they will keep it at 14, and that one club is definatly going up, so we may well end up with a club being demoted for one with a poorer franchise application.

Good luck both sides, to save the derby, but it's looking like we'll send Cas down a 3rd time.

if all three are in new stadia by the start of 2012 then maybe the microscope may start to widen, teams such as hull kr and bradford may still not be safe.

also as the credit crunch starts to bite some clubs sugar daddies may find themselves less charitable than previously.

A couple of weeks ago some here said that it was a done deal, infact even Dicke said it was a done deal in the Cas and Ponti. Some on here going as far as to say £6m was paid for Weldon Road. Intresting stuff

Where are you getting this idea from? We got planning permission long before you guys did. Let's just wait and see, yeah? Otherwise you might be eating a large slice of humble pie.

No court case is possible. All clubs submitting a licence application agree to accept the final decision. If clubs do not like the rules they do not apply.

Oh … and, iirc, every club has also agreed that any club suing the RFL will be immediately suspended from all competitions run by the RFL (that's every rugby league competition in the country.
