The truth is both schemes are no longer connected in any way IMO and you simply can't compare the two. By this I mean both projects are out of the hands of the respective clubs and very much dependent on the respective developers. It's a case now of which one has most in place and can move quickest. In the current financial crisis nothing is certain but none the less it's a massive advance from the Thornes wreckage of two years ago. Which at least gives me the impression that there is a sense of urgency about our scheme which makes me feel hopefull.
I can only wish you the best, other than that I can't comment as I no longer have any idea what the Cas plan of action now is.
