Wouldn't worry too much about it, it doesn't really impinge on the plan to release funding for GH,it just makes it a little more complicated, but should the deal be smoothed out I see no reason why it can't go ahead.

Vasty i have met on a few occasions and he is ok by me even though in my younger days I used to constantly argue with him in a former guise, hes not half as bad now I have tamed him!
