Apologies everyone and especially to Glassblower, I genuinely didn't mean to preach or have a go at anyone but I wrote that late last night and I am maybe getting a little sensitive to comments about things now as Friday gets closer. It was an awfully worded post and I was just trying to reply to Glassblower to confirm that the 22nd and the following 28 days are the key and the following reserved matters application would then be a formality.
When it comes to planning you guys are home and dry, as you know, and I don't have any axes to grind with Cas or Glasshougton and I fully support it, I just don't live in that Ward but I of course live close to Newmarket.
As Speedy points even if it gets 'minded to approve' on Friday, which I think it will and should, there is a 28 day period for legal challenge (which is very unlikely of if someone does, most probably going to fail) but more critically this is the period in which the government office must decide to either call it in for a PI or hand it back. This is the bit that is harder to call but I still think that given the current position of the Coalition, then I think they will just send it back, which would be great news.
I of course also agree with tb... it would indeed be empty & boring!
