"Set it aside" is a request to remove ccj whilst the case is re considered and believe me it better be a bloody good reason for it to be re considered,or you risk some serious consequences.

If they have paid after 30 days they would be issued with a certificate of satisfaction and the courts also inform the registry trust of the satisfaction.


Cheers for the advise,ive done the HKR board about there ccjs,but i ended becoming a debt advise line to most of their supporters,so got out quick.

Sonny , I am not a cas fan I am a supporter, you keep your cap and scarf opinioms and I will keep my genuine opinions . As for a bad advert, I do not need some newbie telling me anything about the club, and I certainly dont see the need to cosy up to the dirty scroungers from over the common. Give em half a chance and they will go for the m word, just to get someone elses assetts to fritter away.

Thats because he isn't interested in any kind of debate, just shooting his mouth off.
He's angry at the world, many losers are.
If he was bright enough he'd be able to do something about it, and perhaps improve his lot.
But sadly he isn't, so thats that!
He is an embarrassment to our game, shouting, frothing at the mouth on an Internet forum, I would imagine that real life is very different, and he is a pretty put on individual with little opportunity to release his anger.

With CT flying so close to the wind financially I'd keep statements like that to yourself.

CT have very similar financial outgoings to WT these days, with the added pressure of debts to directors, which the current WT regime does not. And as your always telling us your self funding your stadium build. So I guess it's not beyond the realms of probability to suggest the financial pressures are much great at CT than WT.

A very silly comment IMO, a financial crisis can come from nowhere & while I wouldn't wish than on CT I would have a giggle at the egg on your face! The 12 months previous that lead up to Feb this year were hell for WT and there fans, however with reference to you I would question what you think gives you the right to make fun of a situation that nearly killed one of the staple RL clubs & then you have the barefaced cheek to call yourself a "supporter" not a "fan".
I may not like CT in anyway shape or form, I do however recognise that they are a die hard member of the RL community and a necessity to the game, not to mention a big source of income for MY club. I would NEVER wish administration on any club or make fun of a situation that lead to the demise of one of the cornerstones of our game.

You sir are just pathetic & nothing like a TRUE RL SUPPORTER.
