Sorry mate your wrong on all above.
"Set it aside" is a request to remove ccj whilst the case is re considered and believe me it better be a bloody good reason for it to be re considered,or you risk some serious consequences.
If they have paid after 30 days they would be issued with a certificate of satisfaction and the courts also inform the registry trust of the satisfaction.
Cheers for the advise,ive done the HKR board about there ccjs,but i ended becoming a debt advise line to most of their supporters,so got out quick.
