Christ i am getting fed up with all this stadium bickering. It will almost be a relief when next July comes around and both clubs know their fate. I still wouldn't be surprised if neither of us get what we want and Toulouse sneak in.

But where are these plans your submitting ?? who has drawn them ?? how can they without knowing the conditions put on them at outline ?? im not being funny but please stop believing the spin ( and no i dont beleive all ours )

No, the whole pit redevelopment promised jobs for the area and also the things i stated due to the extra traffic in the area.

The council are making a fortune in revenue from xscape and the shopping outlet, yet what have the locals got to show for it?

We've got a stupid amount of traffic in Glasshoughton now since the redevelopment and right at the top of my street, they've changed the entrance (ashton road) so that now i have to go into the edge of the traffic of asda.

Erm, how is the council making revenue out of J32 and Xscape? They are both privately owned, not Council owned. For example, Xscape is part of the X-Leisure Brand. PY Gerbeau is the company's Chief Executive. And according to this site: http://www.realm.ltd.uk/junction-32/index.html, Junction 32 is owned by Hermes Real Estate.

Oh right, so the council don't charge business rates etc? I must be wrong then, forgive me for thinking that the council of the countries most visited attraction is making money from it.
