Salford Council isn't involved, and would hold no sway whatsoever over the Borders and Immigration Service, or whatever guise they have now become. My guess is negotiations will be going between the legal teams, but what the outcome will be is anyone's guess. I would love to see Chase at Salford, but I am not holding my breath. I feel or Cas over this issue, we lost our best players last year because of money problems, it is not a pleasant outlook.
