To sue who though? He'll just be following a huge paper trail if he wants to take on someone he has no idea has granted this visa? Like I said if the council have informed Koukash of a loop hole where by they could get Chase a visa then that's for one NOT illegal and two it's Pearsons super dooper lawyers fault for not knowing their stuff nobody else.

All avenues were explored when fc tried to get chase! What makes kou'cash' and his lawyers or council buddies any different

They explored all the avenues they were aware of. Maybe other lawyers will find other ways. Otherwise there would just be one lawyer for the whole country...

No arrogance on display that I could see. If you could point me to it I'll change my mind.

Salford Council isn't involved, and would hold no sway whatsoever over the Borders and Immigration Service, or whatever guise they have now become. My guess is negotiations will be going between the legal teams, but what the outcome will be is anyone's guess. I would love to see Chase at Salford, but I am not holding my breath. I feel or Cas over this issue, we lost our best players last year because of money problems, it is not a pleasant outlook.

Says in our local papers that Salford are waiting for Cas to name a transfer fee?
