Not sure these two are any better than what you've already got in your starting 17 but they will give you depth. Mitchell has potential though the jury is still out on him and Millington is a solid forward, nothing spectuacular, a 'job-doer'. His injury was a bad one though and a lot depends on how his recovery goes.

Does this now conclude our squad for 2012?

To be honest I was hoping for a little more with our recruitment, I know money has been spent on the Chase, Owen, Milner etc extentions but I'd imagine Widders, Fozzard, Aspinwall and Isa would each have been on higher salaries than the players that replaced them, add to this losing loan players and I thought we'd have the budget to sign a higher quality of player.

I can't even see 3 of the 4 recruits making it into the first choice 17.

i am told that wakey have made obst a good offer to return there. Does anyone else get the feeling that cas are once again looking at players that no-one else wants. The aussie prop millington has just had a serious shoulder operation and could miss a big chunk of the 2012 season. Is this signing a result of pressure from the fans to bring new players in ?

Still out??.....Well, the Warrington jury as seen enough to realise he's average at best.....I think its fair to say that, unless he suddenly becomes the new Ben Westwood overnight, then he's played his last game for Wire.

All the best with him, and he will undoubtedly produce the odd game where he looks very decent, but the majority of the time I'm afraid he will be pretty uninspiring.

So why is it a loan deal then? If he is so average why did Wire not release him?
