It is not certain yet that the allegations are in fact true. You appear to have read an account of an allegation made on a public forum or read the alleagation made on our own website and pronounced guilt yourself with no corrobarative evidence. Poor do.
There is a plan in place for this sort of behaviour. To air it would be daft as it can then be circumvented.

As far as I am aware the criminal justice system operates within an "innocent until proven guilty" ethos. So far at least, guilt remains unproven with regards to this incident.
