Alternatively, the incident was so cut and dry that the police concluded their investigation in short order and now Cas are free to carry out their own internal procedure (which I'm available to help with, at very reasonable rates!)

If he has done something wrong then he should be treated like anyone else in this situation, but there are lots of questions that make a difference to the outcome.
Was he attacked and just defending himself
Were the other guys too drunk to stand up?
Did they give Owen a belt too it just happens that he can punch harder.

It's not enough for the forum jury to convict yet.

My only issue is, what was he doing there. As a pro rugby player he should really be out drinking day before a game. I assume he wasn't playing, but there is an image question rather than physical fitness after drinking.
He'd be better going somewhere quieter, or where he isn't known.....but that's just me.

I generally don't care when stupid people do stupid things to themselves, but this kind of behaviour has a direct negative impact on others and as such, is wholly unnacceptable.

Just hope the lad who ended up in hospital is ok - as you know, a punch to the head from a professional strength athlete is not to be taken lightly.

Or the TrinityTrolls can use it to wip up more anti Cas press. Is this because if you discredit Cas enough it will save Wakey If NM fails ?? Sad

O"dear NGB4C and his tattoos - ignore him we do.For what its worth if it was a serious he would still be banged up.Yes someone has a broken jaw but did the guy start it and could not finish it.Had Owen been on the bottle or just lemonade non of us know as we wernt in Ponty at the time.It will all come out in the wash and the club will/will not punish him accordingly simple as.

No need to be so touchy binks - this has got nothing to do with club colours in my eyes; drunken brawls in the street are a bad thing, regardless of who's involved.
