Yorkcourt built Paragon Business Village (where they are resident). A650 where Burger king and Bannatynes gym is. All that is their development.

Certainly has got a superb resumee, and has a lot of knowledge in rugby league in general.

Hope it comes off for you. Hopefully both of us can be playing out of new stadiums by 2011.

Can u imagine if 2 of the big 4 were from the WMDC! Lets face it its hardly complete fiction when you consider the talent we produce as a city! Because at the end of the day thats what we are, 2 clubs in the SAME city. I think we forget that all too often.

The wording interests me they don't single out Wakey. Are we on for a share?
