if your recent off field recruitment of CEO and Commercial Manager is anything to go by then I would not expect too much in way of a coach.....who is coaching Lock Lane these days ? Looking at the bargain basement commercial team and CEO (All with no real experience and former junior coaches) that has been assembled Cas are planning for life in the championship....what a shame this has happened to a great club

We at Salford have heard on the grapevine that noble is set to take over after today's game and bringing in a coaching team of Mike Forshaw (conditioning coach) Dave Lyons and John Pendlebury along with Sean Long who we already have. A wealth of experience there for us, I hope you at cas find the right man for the job.

Gareth Walker on Twitter reckons the Noble deal is done.

Spend full cap, 10-15 players next season, etc.

On BBC website that Salford have indeed named Noble as coach.
