The problem is Yed that people have preconceived ideas of the standard of London base on the fact they have lost all their previous games including a towelling at the hands of Salford. As such any defeat to them will be perceived by Cas fans as a poor showing and to get beaten by that margin looks shambolic.
I wasn't at the game and only listened to it on Yorkshire radio which is likely to be a bit biased (though nowhere near as much as Radio Leeds is!) and can only go on their comments. They indicated that the score was a little tough on Cas and that London will beat plenty of sides playing like that. Of course, having not seen the game myself I don't know how much of that is true. But one comment they made that I would agree with is that on paper London have a pretty good side. Before the season began I had them as anywhere between about 6th & 12th but based on their early season results it looked more like they would be battling with Widnes to avoid the wooden spoon.
On the basis of todays result you can make a case for the battle for bottom place being between
Cas & Widnes rather than
London
