These sort of results happen in the RL Cup.

It's history now and you should all be getting ready for the visit of the Salford City Reds at the weekend.

Both clubs are very much hot and cold this season and I think this game will be a cracker and may the best team win on the day.

Anyway...Back on topic

The result was no great shock, Barrow won the N.L1 grand final last season and were always going to give us a game regardless of how we were playing at the moment.

The only comfort i can take from sunday is that (i hope) big changes will be made at the club.

The club have to realise that the fans are angry now, another performance like that and it will get worse.

Another concern for me is that I genuinely don't think we've hit rock bottom yet.

Oh how Headingley seems so long ago now.
