As the Giants are full cap. They can only pay an incoming player a salary equal to or less than a player who is leaving. So DB will get a salary equal to / less than the salary DK was getting at the Giants.

How many times did Hudds finish bottom of the league again before finally getting kicked out? then being able to keep the SL team because they didn't bother with a salary cap in NL1?
