Seeing as everybody is beating Wakefield at the moment, to lose by only 44 points to St Helens is currently classed as a moral victory! Knowing that Wakefield were going to make a statement today, based on a meeting that took place last week, what is deafening at the moment is the silence from the Richard Wright camp!
Gaslight, you are making yourself look even more stupid with every comment you make. For the record, I haven't been to a single Wakefield game this season. Your comments about writing off debt are way off the mark and based on no knowledge of the situation at all, pure conjecture. My statements are based on the following, and read the words very carefully, in fact put your finger under each of them as do if it helps. The staement said ' The Newmarket Project was the only one of the 2 that had full backing of all the parties involved INCLUDING Wakefield Council' I am pretty sure that if Glasshoughton was going to be shown as the most feasible project, Mr Box would have done his utmost to carry that out and last time I looked, Mr Box was the leader of the same Wakefield Council giving full backing to the Newmarket project but NOT the Glasshoughton project. Was that plain enough for you?

If I was a Wakey fan I'd be very tentative about the statement, I don't think it says a great deal but it's worded very cleverly to make it appear as though it says a lot. Perhaps they've been getting tips from RW?
Cas need to put out a statement saying that Glasshoughton is still moving forward this morning because there will be a lot of Cas fans worrying about that statement too. The council need to give some information out as well.
Speaking to one of the councillors recently - He mentioned that both Cas and Wakey think they're much further in front than the other with regards to the stadium, when both are just about level in their developments

We dont need to groundshare with anyone, we still own our ground unlike them over there.
