He got the man of steel because he's the best player in the league - and in the first 20 minutes you saw why he is too, Chase along with Tomkins & Roby were killing the Aussies early on.

No, the thread is about CONGRATULATING Rangi Chase, the negative thread about him got closed because of idiots like you and neverdid.

Not for all and sundy to derail a thread by slating him, try and justify their arguments as to why Chase shouldn't be selected. I believe there are your own respective forums, the VT or the International forum for that.

As for singling him out, this thread is an irrelevance in the grand scheme of things. If this thread wasn't here, you'd all still be singling him out whilst ignoring the contributions of others even if you do try and balance it up by writing three paras on how Chase was poor then throwing in a sentence with "FWIW, so-and-so was poor too." The day you start a thread stating that XYZ was poor, this might make it more believable.

A few Cas fans repeating an increasingly desperate 'well done' message doesn't take away from the fact that many people are baffled by his England selection and disappointed with his performances.
