I can name several penalties that weren't high and the icing on the cake was the "knock-on" decision when Snitch dropped the ball backwards.

Last time I saw it was 8-7 in our favour but that probably changed significantly with 3/4 towards the end.

all of it, as for the penalties, its not how many its where you get them. you could have forty on your own line and not benefit from them but 2 near your opponants can be a minimum 4 points ................. do you watch Rugby League ?????????

On the subject of Clarke, perhaps someone could enlighten me but it seems like he's been pretty shoddily treated by Matterson in the 2nd half of the season.

The way he played in the first 12 games or so I expected him to finish the season as our 1st choice hooker and one of the stars of the team but since then he seems to have barely played. I'm not aware of him having any long term injuries so assume this was a selection decision by Matterson which if so beggars belief as he is, along with Rangi, one of the few players in our squad that has the ability turn a game on its head.

During his time here Matterson has occasionally taken what seems like an illogical dislike to a perfectly good player and not picked them (Damian Blanche & Keith Mason being obvious ones) and it seems like Clarke has fallen into that category.
