How do you know they know? Do you know that person and know how they will know such information?

I would imagine they must be the Duty Sgt at Cas cop shop, from that night. Or maybe Wood St.

Is it just because they put "fact" in their post?

And that "saying" doesn't make sense either!

It would make a bit more sense if it said that "it's a sign that you need to try harder", but even then it's ropey.

I googled "Gaslight & 007" and this is what came up;

I don't need to be a duty sergeant to know that. Im a 'plastic pig' as most will know us, but the information is there for us to read on morning briefings ect.

Cool. At last someone who bases THEIR opinion on something they know, rather than something they don't.

Of course, what we know now is that it wasn't reported or a complaint made, not that it didn't happen (don't forget, I have no idea whether it did or didn't). And that is an actual fact.

3. Where have I said I saw alleged incident?? You say you didn't see it therefore it didn't happen.

4. If you have a degree, you MUST be capable of synthesis of thought - you would understand that because it wasn't reported, it doesn't mean it didn't occur.

So let me get this straight, hundreds of people saw the incident, yet NONE of them reported it?

Think this through, are you saying that all these people saw a violent assault on an innocent man, did nothing about it at the time, nor reported it to the police either?
