Keep the faith?

Many of us have lost faith in Millward and the team, what a clown he is.

Whilst that set of players were completely useless, at least they put some effort in, especially towards the end of the season.

I thought after the performance away at London we couldn't get any worse. I was wrong.

Apologies to Wakefield fans who want to come on here and give us genuine banter, but saw the horrific scenes and choose to stay away from sticking the boot in.

Worse than 04 ? I'll never see a side that bad.

The bod, basil or even the tea lady has nothing to do with such a half d performance from the players (Orr, Huby, Jordy apart). Waste of space tonight. IF the rumours from some 'in the know' are to be believed and the players don't like millward that is not even half a reason to go out onto the pitch play like a bunch of U12's

Some members of the squad are showing themselves up to be weak on a regular basis and the blame for such a pathetic showing lies with them and nobody else !!!!

I'm tending to agree!! And our stats are certainly comparable to that of 2004.

Unfortunately I can't see us getting 12pts this season though!!

I know alot of you fans don't seem to like Millward but he can only use the players available but as fans do you think the players last night are good enough for S/L and If they were all available to leave how may other clubs would take them on ? Fact is Cas are building for next season although they are not going to say that as they need people to keep watching this season

Probably but the 2007 NL1 side definitely was......so I'm amazed that people are actually shocked by what happened last night. The Widnes 17 had better balance and better players most of whom were occupying their preferred/normal positions. Without Chase we will almost certainly finish below them.

But somebody has to be at the bottom end and in today's SL that will inevitably be the smallest (in terms of income/investment) ie US.

He has essentially the same squad that finished 9th last year with an injury count that went into the double digits and when it was fully fit was top 2 in the league so you can't blame the players for the coaches failings this year.

Ryan Hudson is not a second rate Aussie on a massive contract
Nick Youngquest has been one of our better players this season and I doubt he's on a massive contract

Gronk. I take it from your post you don't like Millward. But as a supporter of your club do you think any other S/L club would sign most of that team that played last night and I take my hat off to your club for having the courage to suspend your best player when every man and his dog know you are not very good without him ( at the moment anyway)
