Trust me on this one KC, Larne played for Smawthorne Panthers and Cas untill 16, he did the Oz year came back bigger and better but we didnt offer him a contract so the Dulls jumped in.
And come on Dave Parker is usually more accurate than wikipedia

Wrong Binks. Larne has never played for Cas. He signed for Bulls age 16 and went on their scholarship.
He then went to Oz as he wanted first team/loan opportunity. It was at this time I told Cas to jump in but they didnt/wouldn't. Rest is history - Hudds snapped him up.
The biggest mistake Cas made was not signing Gareth Ellis when he was 16 or so on the account he will never be big enough or good enough to play at the top level.
wrong Fully, Larne used to be called Larne Leek (funny name I know) and changed to Patrick when he went Down Under because of his mum and dad divorcing or something, came back Bradford signed him, went to Hudds. Makes me nearly want to cry when you see how well Eden is doing and he never got a chance...looks a million times better than owen

I can categorically tell you now, I am not wrong - I am 100% correct.
I am the same age as Larne Patrick (previously Leake) and was in my year at the same school I was at. He has never played for Cas Tigers.
He signed for Bradford at age 16, then he went across to Australia and played a year there. Then he was going to come back to England and Huddersfield signed him. He was at the Bulls before he was in Australia.
