If you read the BBC Sport article Rangi says he is looking forward to working with a new coach and to learn new things.

Can't blame him really, we do the same awkward predictable play 2/3 times a set

Got to agree that Millward is brilliant at man-management. He is a very insightful tactician, and generates an atmosphere where players will run through a brick wall for him. The tag that, 'he gets the best out of average players' is just plain stupid! More like, he gets the 'full potential' out of players! There is a big difference, and its the sign of a quality coach.

I'm looking forward to watching an Ian Millward coached Castleford Tigers team for at least the next three years.
